What data we process
We only process the data you provide to us via the contact form or email: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data solely to handle your enquiry and for subsequent communication. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
Retention period
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, at most 12 months, unless a contractual or other legitimate relationship arises that requires longer retention.
Recipients and processors
We use Resend (Resend, Inc.) to deliver emails and Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) to protect the form from abuse. These providers process data on our behalf and data may be processed outside the EU under appropriate GDPR safeguards. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Cookies
The site uses only the essential technical means required for its operation and to verify you are not a robot (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe your data is not processed in accordance with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
